アツい
宿泊先の福岡で朝食を取りながら、雑務。のんびりした朝は仕事がはかどる。施設内本屋などで物色した後、福岡空港へ。
一旦、伊丹空港に立ち寄る。電車ではないのに、途中下車（下航？）。
先般、神戸で打合せをした人材派遣会社Ａ社と空港内で打合せ。
前回から間を空けず、社長と役員と打合せがセットされる。こういったスピード感あふれる動きは重要。それに応えたくなる。
社長が会社の思いを熱く語る。いろいろな会社で経営者と会ってきているので、自分なりにファーストコンタクトである程度、人物像は見分けられる。
非常に前向き。成功するベンチャー経営者の要素を持っている。仕事の中身も大いに共鳴できることがある。今後具体的に進めていくことで別れる。
実は本人達もそこまで気付いていなかったと思うが、別れた後「背中の目」で彼らの動きを観察していた。私の姿が消えるまで、きちんと見送っていた。最近、ビジネス上の常識を理解していない若手が多い中で、こういった基本中の基本がきちんとできる会社は将来有望である。挨拶もキレがいい。
ますます好きになった。
微力ながら協力をしていこう。
その後、東京へ。
それにしても、何かと１日アツい（気温も仕事も）であった。
