実は
１７日の金曜日から遅めの夏？冬？休みを取る予定でした。
年度末はクライアントが本業の追い込みで忙しくなるので、私のような仕事は比較的時間の余裕が出るのが通例です（といってもその分デスクワークが増えますが）。
しかし。。。
今年度「も」、例年同様、２週間前まではばっちり１０日間空けることに成功していましたが、ひとたび予定を入れた瞬間、雪崩的に予定が押し寄せ、１週間前には、ほぼ通常通りになってしまい、休みは当然キャンセル。
開いてみれば、びっちり予定が入ってしまう始末。。。
タイムマネジメント下手過ぎですね。
きっちりまとまった休みを取れるように、来年度はタイムマネジメントもきっちりやっていかなくては。。。
しかし。。。
クライアントに頼まれると、断れない。それが今の私の仕事だと思っています。
先生面をしている同業者を良く見かけますが、大きな勘違い。
コンサルタントというのは、先生でも奴隷でもありません。
対等であり、客観性を有した存在、「SIDE BY SIDE」の視点が常に必要だと思います。
明日からも休んだつもりでがんばります！
